TYLP's anti-bullying track

Two local MC's have kindly recorded an anti-bullying track for The Youth Life Project to help highlight the seriousness and the implications of bullying. Grim Sickers and Zeeks paired up to create an urban sound specifically aimed at young adults.
Not only have they donated their time to record this for TYLP, but they have also offered to create a video to accompany the track and came up with the great idea of getting the young people involved in making it.
whether this be your music genre or not, I feel the track is great and the lyrics not only bring home the serious nature of bullying, but also highlight the different types off bullying too.

TYLP update & graffiti

Some friends of TYLP have been designing some graffiti for us to feature on our posters, leaflets etc... What do you think?

So.. Me and one of  my trustees for The Youth Life Project are going to see Drake in concert tomorrow, and I'm sitting here excited about that and excited about the fact that in the summer I'll be going to Wireless Festival,T4 on the beach, and also to London to see Kendrick Lamar perform... I LOVE music!! Everyone loves music. As well as it being an escape from situations in life, it is also a way of reaching out to people. This is why TYLP have come up with the idea of recording a track about bullying to spread a deep but affective message about the affects and implications. We previously posted a few awareness posts about bullying and it's going to be something we regularly focus on here at The Youth Life Project.
We have two local MC's working on the track right now! The ideas along with the beat provided by JR PeniroBeats makes this a very promising track.

I shall keep you posted!
