Well known for their high quality bags and backpacks, Lexdray’s Alex Drayer also seems to have some talent in the realm of footwear. Drayer recently had a chance to do a Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke shoe at 21 Mercer and we must say that it is look rather sharp. The Lexdray founder opted not to use Nike’s materials for the construction of these, but rather fabrics from their original Classified Collection, as well as from their collaboration with Boylston Trading Co. Here’s what Drayer said about the materials:
"They include 1680D ballistic nylon, lycra coated neoprene, 1000D TPE for the swoosh and lace holes, and even our webbing is used on the tongue. These shoes are crazy comfortable too, as the entire interior of the shoe is lined with neoprene."
Alex took the opportunity to bring in some materials of his own on this Bespoke with all the fabric included save for the laces and the soles taken directly from Lexdray’s catalogue. Check out the results after the jump and let us know if you like the luxury treatment on this Lexdray Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke. Photos: SxH
